Fleet Management Services
Fleet records. Maintenance control. Equipment and vendor coordination
DIVERSITY delivers one structured fleet database, clear maintenance tracking, coordinated follow-up, and updated records for every asset included in the agreed scope.
Monthly plans
Pick the plan that matches the assets you want covered.
What owners need control over
Maintenance & downtime
Missed service intervals, recurring defects, and late repairs can take equipment out of service and increase costs.
Mileage & service history
Mileage, PM dates, repair history, and component intervals need to be recorded and followed up consistently.
Trailer & equipment status
Trailers need clear records for status, maintenance, inspections, condition, and outstanding issues.
Vendor pricing & sourcing
Dealer relationships, competitive quotes, equipment sourcing, and account setup need organized follow-through.
What is included in fleet management
Services below apply to each truck and/or trailer covered by the selected monthly plan. DIVERSITY records the status, tracks due items, coordinates follow-up, and updates the fleet database.
Fleet Database & Mileage
Track unit number, VIN, make/model/year, mileage, last and next preventive maintenance, service history, equipment status, reported defects, and outstanding actions.
Preventive Maintenance
Track engine oil and filter changes, transmission and differential oil, air filters, batteries, APU service, cooling-system maintenance, and other scheduled service intervals.
Component Tracking
Monitor service or repair needs for brakes and brake pads, tires, alignment, suspension, DEF/aftertreatment, DPF, clutch, oil pump, manifold, water pump, radiator, and other major components.
Repair & Breakdown Coordination
Record reported problems; coordinate with repair shops, dealers, and towing providers; track estimates and approvals; and follow up on repair status and repeat defects.
DOT Inspection & PTI
Track DOT inspection dates and records. Follow up on inspection deficiencies and corrective actions. Track driver PTI reports and route reported defects to the responsible party.
Trailer Management
Maintain trailer records, including type, unit number, reported status/location, inspection and maintenance dates, condition notes, and open issues.
Vendor & Parts Coordination
Support tire, parts, and maintenance-supply sourcing; collect and compare quotes; coordinate availability; and maintain supplier and dealer records.
Warranty & Cost Records
Organize warranty documents, photos, estimates, work orders, invoices, and dealer follow-up. Maintain available repair, tire, towing, parts, and vendor cost records.
How the database is used: mileage and service records identify upcoming or overdue work. Reported defects are tracked until a status or next action is documented. Fleet information supports decisions; it does not replace qualified mechanical inspections or repairs.
Equipment sourcing and vendor account setup
These are one-time services and are billed separately from monthly fleet-management fees.
| Additional service | Price | Scope |
